Dissolve Your Monsters — cover

Dissolve Your
Monsters

You know that tight, closing feeling
that follows you everywhere?
That feeling has a name.
And there's one skill that dissolves all of it.

Twenty-one years. Forest temples, taiji masters, thousands of clients worldwide. One finding: every negative emotion is the same thing. A habit of contraction.

This book doesn't just tell you about release. It shows you how to actually do it. Right now. Wherever you are.

"Written in a café in Essaouira, Morocco.
Twelve years in the making.
You can read it in an afternoon."

Andy Mack

Andy Mack didn't set out to write a book. He set out to understand how to become comfortable within himself.

That question took him to Buddhist forest temples in Thailand, to taiji training halls across Europe, to treatment rooms at some of the world's most respected wellness destinations — and eventually to a café in Essaouira, Morocco, where he sat down and wrote it all out.

Andy is the creator of the Dissolve method, featured in the Evening Standard, The Times, Condé Nast Traveller, Tatler, and Forbes. He works with students and practitioners worldwide, and lives in Brazil with his wife Kat, where they are building a retreat and training centre.
